After their visit to the museum, the Seniors walked up the hill to the State Capitol to enjoy a tour. We had a visit with the Secretary of State, Paul Pate, to see his office and interact with some amazing pieces of history. The legislature was still in session so students were able to sit in the gallery and see legislators in their element. Students also enjoyed the long walk up the stairs to the whisper gallery. Today we celebrate School Lunch Hero Day and recognize the incredible dedication of our cafeteria staff, who are already hard at work making sure our students are cared for and ready to learn. From early mornings preparing breakfast to serving lunch, they play an essential role in our school each and every day. They ensure that every child has access to the nourishment they need to grow, focus, and succeed. Their work fuels not only our students’ bodies, but also their minds, helping them stay energized and ready to take on the day. Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes and on the front lines to make a difference for our students every single day! #TVPride
