With Home Events starting this week we want to give a couple of updated reminders on admission:
The following events will be $6 for adults and students (preschool and younger are admitted free)

JV/V & Varsity Doubleheaders for Softball
Junior High or Junior High/JV Events are $5 for adults and $3 for students (preschool and younger are admitted free)
Tonight's JV Triangular will begin at 5 p.m. and the schedule will be as follows:
Game 1: Turkey Valley vs MFL
Game 2: New Hampton vs MFL
Game 3: Turkey Valley vs New Hampton
The Turkey Valley Athletic Boosters are requesting any player that was either a member of the Turkey Valley 1982 state fall championship softball team or the 1983 state runner-up softball team to join them and be recognized at halftime of the Friday, September 13th football game vs West Central. The star all-state pitcher from that team, Mary Lensing Dreckman, will be inducted into the Turkey Valley Hall of Fame that night. It would be great for her teammates to be there to get reunited and reminisce. After the football game, please join us for a party at Jackson Heights with cake and punch to honor the inductees. Also, being inducted in the TV Hall of Fame that evening are Larry Bergmann, outstanding three-sport star and the first individual state wrestling champion (1972) in school history, along with longtime TV school nurse Shirley Murray who faithfully served the district for almost 40 years. Please join us on Friday, September 13th at halftime of the football game to honor these three outstanding individuals as well as pay tribute to the legendary softball teams of 1982 and 1983. #TVPride
Ms. Meyer's 8th grade advisor had a competition of building the tallest tower with only marshmallows and toothpicks! They had to construct their tower in 12 minutes, with the winning teams receiving bragging rights for the week. Congrats to Brady Gruenberg, Alexa Mueterthies, and Bryn Franzen for having an 8.5-inch tall tower!
