Advanced Foods finished their "Cooking Around the World" Unit and made Ebelskivers (Danish pastry) and rommegrot (Norwegian pudding).
Both are difficult to make, but the students were successful! After school the extra Rommegrot was shared with thankful TV staff.

We are joining Iowa College Aid in celebrating “Decision Week” May 3–7, 2021 to recognize Iowa’s students who are making the important decision to attend a higher education institution following high school. Staff and students are encouraged to wear their favorite college, junior college, trade school, military, and/or higher education shirts all week long.

We had beautiful weather for our Wellness Day! We took advantage of all the open space we had for kite flying, walking on the track, kickball, and live music while enjoying a MooMobile shake. Here are a few pictures of our day.
